I guide executive teams and their HR partners through the domains of leadership, talent management and organizational change. Today I share my professional experience, which I acquired at companies such as IBM, Siemens, PwC and Johnson & Johnson, as an independent coach advisor for Randstad RiseSmart. In that role I work for a wide range of national and international clients, both in the private and public sector. As a guest speaker, among others at the Antwerp Management School, I share my passion for personal leadership.
